The Mountain Property in Black Hawk, CO

We found this property while on an anniversary cabin stay in Black Hawk.

We fell in love with the creek and bought this 3/4 acre lot that fronts and backs Arapahoe National forest. We plan to build a cabin here when we get the money for now we have the best camping spot in Colorado. The first night we camped I woke up in the middle of the night trying to figure out what the roaring noise was. Oh I forgot it's the creek. A pretty nice water feature no pump required. I imagine that rich folks have paid more for a fake water feature than we paid for the lot, but you can only imitate nature not duplicate it!
